Shaylee Scranton has lived in the Sandhills nearly her whole life. In 2017, she graduated from Thedford High School before going on to attend Doane University. From there, she graduated in 2020 with a major in film and media production, alongside a minor in environmental studies. 

Since moving back to continue helping on the family ranch, Shaylee has also engaged in various customer service jobs and currently enjoys a part-time remote position with My Pet Chicken. 

Shaylee finds a myriad of subjects interesting, and believes there is great value in connecting with others over the wide range of knowledge we have about the topics we’re passionate about. Collaboration is key to finding suitable solutions to our problems and concerns. 

If elected, Shaylee will use her skills to create systems to field, track, and address constituent concerns, with a top-notch constituent service experience in mind.
